Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both our instructors and other guests, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made 15 to 7 days before your lesson: 80% refund

• Cancellations made 6 to 2 days before your lesson: 70% refund

• Cancellations made 24 hours before your lesson: 50% refund

• No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or last-minute cancellations.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Our instructors will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled lesson start time. If we do not receive any communication within this time, your lesson will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your lesson due to instructor illness or injury or ski resort closure, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
